Benchmark OT is a boutique consultancy firm established to meet the needs of Employers who require a professional service to meet their Injury Prevention commitments and Insurers who are seeking experienced consultants to support claimants to regain independence quickly. Our personal service and team based approach to service delivery ensures you have prompt, reliable and dependable service each and every time.
In 2012 Benchmark Induction and Development Programs were established as a result of requests for expert training for Occupational Therapists working in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management fields. These programs assist small providers, contractors and Occupational Therapists to acquire skills, develop and broaden skills pertaining to rehabilitation which also assists with maintaining registration with AHPRA.
Benchmark OT’s Principal Occupational Therapists superior knowledge of injury management, rehabilitation services and case management skills in the Injury Prevention and Compensable Injury fields ensure effective training and development of practitioners’ wishing to develop or further their skills.

Heidi is an Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Consultant offering over 20 years of experience and supervision including clinical, training, auditing and management roles in Occupational Rehabilitation, CTP, Comcare and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
Heidi has a reputation in the industry for high levels of communication, timeliness and excellence- all qualities which serve to enhance her training and supervision, case management style and business practices. Through her past rehabilitation management experience, Heidi identified a need for consistent quality practise, joining forces with Tracey Parker to create Benchmark OT.

Tracey is also an Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Consultant offering over 10 years of experience including clinical, training, auditing and management roles in the field of Occupational Rehabilitation (including the CTP, Comcare and Worker’s Compensation Insurance markets).
Tracey's human resource and industrial relations expertise are constantly sought from smaller employers who are seeking guidance for Injury Prevention and Injury Management and larger employers who are seeking a consultant with an understanding of the complexities providing these services to a large workforce (state based and nationwide).
Contractors
To meet the demands of fluctuating referrals at key times during the year, Benchmark OT contract a small team of allied health professionals who assist with service delivery. We will always introduce you to any of our contractors prior to service delivery. All work conducted by our allied health professionals is supervised by the Principal Occupational Therapists.
